Bihar Animal Sciences University (BASU), Patna & BCECEB board. Allocates state quota seats across Bihar Veterinary College, Patna and Kishanganj.

Management quota does NOT waive mandatory qualifications. You must meet VCI minimum age criteria, PCB aggregates, and hold a valid NEET-UG qualifying score card.

Statutory Affidavits

VCI MSVE Recognition
Check the first Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. Confirm that the specific college batch is recognized by the Veterinary Council of India.

Ask: What is the daily in-patient and out-patient case volume in the TVCC hospital? Are large animal (bovine/equine) clinical rounds actively available?

BVSc & AH Counselling Document Checklist
Keep original documents and at least 3 self-attested photocopies ready before reporting to designated counselling centers or institutions.
Academic Certificates
Class 10th & 12th marks sheets, passing certificates, and board migration documents showing PCB subject marks.
Identity & Age Proof
Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID. Birth certificate where Class 10 does not clearly note the birth date.
Category & Reservation
SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, or PwD certificates in the standard format specified by the Central Government or State Authority.
Domicile & Nativity
State Resident / Domicile Certificate issued by a competent revenue authority (Tahsildar/SDM) for 85% state quota claims.
NEET-UG Credentials
NEET Admit Card, Official Rank Card / Scorecard, and the provisional Seat Allotment Letter generated from the counselling portal.
Photographs & Signatures
6 to 8 passport-size photographs identical to the photograph uploaded during NEET-UG application, plus postcard photos if required.
Medical Fitness Certificate
Physical fitness certificate signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner (MBBS/MD) confirming visual and physical agility for animal handling.
Transfer & Character
Transfer Certificate (TC), School Leaving Certificate, and Character certificate issued by the institution last attended.
