Established in November 1958, the College of Veterinary Science (COVS), Ludhiana has pioneered veterinary medicine in northern India. Founded originally under Punjab Agricultural University and subsequently transitioned into a primary constituent pillar of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in 2005, the college delivers academic rigor rooted in clinical reality.
